Getting Started

Welcome

Thank you buing Dr.Assistant 2.0

Caution : If you are using Dr.Assistant and want to upgrade it to Dr.Assistnat 2.0 you cannot do that.
Because Dr.Assistnat and Dr.Assistant 2.0 are using diffent kind of database setup.
In that case you have to fresh install Dr.Assistant 2.0 and not able to sync Dr.Assistant
(Older version) previous data
          

I have taking a lot of feedback and deside to upgrade Dr.Assistant 2.0. Dr.Assistnat is lot more easy to use then older version of Dr.Assistant. In Dr.Assistant I have included more feature like Future appointment, filter todays appointment, Wonderful reporting using chearjs, So you can easily know what's going on hear. I also create an easy installation system so anybody(Who have no IT knowledge) can install Dr.Assistant on his webserver hasslefree.

Introduction

Before using Dr.Assistant 2.0 Please read this documentation or wach this video

System Requirement

  • PHP >= 7.0.0
  • OpenSSL PHP Extension
  • PDO PHP Extension
  • Mbstring PHP Extension
  • Tokenizer PHP Extension
  • XML PHP Extension
  • MYSQL 5.6+

Installation

With built in auto installer

  • Unzip the download file from codecanyon. You will find three folders, application, documentation and sql
  • Go to application file and zip all files under application folder.(if you use unix like operating system, press Ctrl+H/ Command +H to show dotted files)
  • Upload the zip file to your website public_html and extract it
  • Make sure the index.php has permission 755
  • Open a new tab and go to your web domain. Restulator automatically redirect you to the /install path to install the application
  • Give your mysql database details and hit enter. it may takes some time to migrate all table to the database.
  • After successfully installed restualtor will show install success message

Manual Installation

  • Unzip the download file from codecanyon. You will find three folders, application, documentation and sql.
  • Go to application file and zip all files under application folder.(if you use unix like operating system. press Ctrl+H/ Command +H to show dotted files)
  • Upload the zip file to your website public_html and extract it
  • Make sure the index.php has permission 755
  • Edit .env as your need (Avoid any kind of spach during edit)
  • In .env file mark HAS_INSTALL variable == 1
  • Go to "your-domain/config-cache" to clear the application cache

Dashboard

  1. Show todays appointment (Form the future appointment). Right side value is total appointment and left site value is appointed today
  2. Show total prescription
  3. Todays earn by appointment payment (via created_at)
  4. Todays patient by doctor or assistant new patient
  5. Total Patient
  6. New Patient last seven days
  7. Last 7 days prescriptions
  8. Last 7 Dyas appointment

Patient

Add patient

* Doctor and assistant both can add patient

To add patient login to your account click on patient form the sidebar and click on new patient to add new patient

1. Patient Profie Photo not mendetory to add patient
2. Patient Name is reuired
3. Gender Male auto select
4. Date or bith
5. Phone number
Enter the information in this form and click on submit to save a patient

Edit / Delete Patient

To edit/ delete patient login to your account click on patient form the sidebar and click on all patient

1. Click this button to edit patient information
2. Click the trash button to delete patient.
    It will delete all data releted to this patient (i.e : Appointment, Prescription, Payment,Medical File, all)


Prescription

To prescribe you patient. Login to your account click on prescription then new prescription form the sidebar

  1. This secgement is drug selection secment. you can add durg to the prescription by it
  2. You can generate prescription by template. click this section and select the template. It will automatically add drugs and others document of selected template
  3. To generate prescription you have to select a patient. when you select a patient it will show the patient details with privious prescription. and you are also able to generate prescription form previous prescription
  4. Click this button if you want to add new aptient in the prescription secgment. Don't worry it will not taking you anywhere
  5. you can delete listed drug form the prescription
  6. You can edit selected drug form the list
  7. You are also able to add new drug if the durg in not available in the list
  8. When you click Save & Print button it will save the prescription and take you to print prescription page
  9. if you click save as template. it will save this drug and other details as new template (With auto generated name)
Note : You are not able to modify the prescription once save & print

Prescription Template

To make a prescription template. Login to your account click on template then new template form the sidebar

Prescription template is same as prescription with same attitute and actions

Drugs

New Drug

To mange your drug. Login to your account click on Drug then new Drug form the sidebar

  1. Drug name is the trade name that should by unique
  2. Drug genric name

After fill the form click save to save the drug

Edit/Delete Drgu

To edit/delete your drug. Login to your account click on Drug then All Drug form the sidebar

  1. Click this button to edit drug information
  2. Click the trash button to delete drug

Appointment

New Appointment

To create an future appointment. Login to your account click on Appointment then New Appointment form the sidebar

  1. Select Patient for appointment
  2. Date of appointment
  3. Appointment time
  4. Select a schedule. The schedule is required and schedule can only doctor create, update or delete. Doctor should have add scheudle before taking appointment
  5. Patient payment

Edit / Delete Appointment

To Edit / Delete an appointment. Login to your account click on All Appointment

  1. Click this edit button to edit appointment
  2. Click the trash button to delete an appointment
  3. Click this button to write an prescription of this patient (Only doctor can access this feature)

Reports

Drug Report

  1. Select Drug form this dropdown for selected drug use, Or you can sell all drug if you want to see all drug report in a graph
  2. Date range start
  3. Date range end

Template Report

  1. Select Template form this dropdown for selected Template, Or you can sell All Template if you want to see all Template report in a graph
  2. Date range start
  3. Date range end

Schedule Report

  1. Select Schedule form this dropdown for selected schedule, Or you can sell All Places if you want to see all Pleaces report in a graph
  2. Date range start
  3. Date range end

Schedule Setting

You have to make schedule before taking appointment. To manage schedule Login to your admin/doctor account and click on setting and then click on schedule setting form the left sidebar

  1. Click this button to add new schedule
  2. Click this button to see date and time of that places
  3. Edit schedule and places
  4. Delete a schedule

Prescription Setting

In prescription settings you can manage drug type, drug strenght, drug advice, drug duration,advice and print prescription setup. That will help you to generate prescription and some print styling of a prescription

Prescription Setting Drug Type

Click on setting and then prescription setting form the left sidebar

  1. Click to show a model to add new drug type
  2. Type your drug type
  3. Click on save to save it
  4. Click edit button to edit drug type
  5. Click on trash button to delete this drug type

Drug Strength, Dose, Duration, Drug Advice and Advice are the same operation like Drug Type

Print Setup

  1. If you check this checkbox. you can see the genric name of every durg in print prescription page. So, you can print durg with genric name
  2. If you check this checkbox. in the print prescription page will use fancy font otherwise it will use regular font
  3. Click this hyperlink to clear the application cache
Note: After check or unchek chekbox. if have to save the seeting. Aftet save the setting you have to clear the application cahce to apply the change

App Setting

  1. Mail seting
  2. Application setting, like : Timezone setup And Application Name
  3. After saving all setting, you have to clear the application cache by clicking this button to apply make change
You may logged out after clearing the application cache

Profile

  1. Edit user Details
  2. Change user password
  3. (Doctor only) This about me will show in the landing page of your website.
